Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to facilitate day-to-day HR functions with a focus on employee relations and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultative HR support
- Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and employee development opportunities
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements and company policies while creating employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist; HR Management experience is a plus
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software such as Workday is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
