Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to facilitate day-to-day HR functions with a focus on employee relations and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultative HR support
  • Partner with management on employee performance improvement and development plans
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies while facilitating operational duties related to employment changes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist; HR Management experience is a plus
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor laws
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
