Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultative HR support
- Partner with management on employee performance improvement and development plans
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies while facilitating operational duties related to employment changes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist; HR Management experience is a plus
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor laws
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service
