Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support field leadership and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and lead change management efforts
• Drive performance management, talent development, and manage annual HR cycles
• Champion workplace culture, analyze HR metrics, and manage employee relations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles, preferably in retail
• Proven ability to lead through change and build strong relationships across the organization
• Broad knowledge in performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and make actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; HR certifications preferred
