Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Champion workplace culture, analyze HR metrics, and manage employee relations and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Progressive HR experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles, preferably in retail
- Proven ability to lead through change and build strong relationships across the organization
- Broad knowledge in performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and make actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; HR certifications preferred
