Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a US-based scale-up
• Strong understanding of sales dynamics and GTM organizations
• Proactive approach to HR issues and needs anticipation
• Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and clarity
• Experience in integrating hiring strategies with employee onboarding processes
