Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner for a fixed contract in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to GTM managers on team dynamics and performance management
- Drive mid-year performance cycles and facilitate organizational changes within the GTM teams
- Manage employee relations cases and mediate conflicts to maintain a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a US-based scale-up
- Strong understanding of sales dynamics and GTM organizations
- Proactive approach to HR issues and needs anticipation
- Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and clarity
- Experience in integrating hiring strategies with employee onboarding processes
