Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR consultation and operational support to assigned client areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accreditation and credentialing efforts, ensuring compliance with HR standards
  • Develop and update HR policies and training modules for institutional leaders
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and employee relations issues
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Required: 6 years of professional human resources experience in a complex environment
  • Preferred: Significant experience in HR compliance, accreditation, and strategic business partnering
  • Preferred: Professional HR certifications such as SPHR or PHR upon hire
