Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic human resources leadership and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating HR strategy into actionable plans
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation
- Spearhead initiatives for workforce planning, succession, and organizational design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience required
- 3 years of management experience preferred
- Advanced degree in human resources, industrial relations, or law preferred
- Strong HR knowledge across all disciplines including recruiting, compensation, and employee relations
