Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to provide strategic human resources leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating HR strategy into actionable plans
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation
• Spearhead initiatives for workforce planning, succession, and organizational design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressively responsible HR experience required
• 3 years of management experience preferred
• Advanced degree in human resources, industrial relations, or law preferred
• Strong HR knowledge across all disciplines including recruiting, compensation, and employee relations
