Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational health and support leadership effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary partner to Directors for employee relations matters, providing guidance and leading investigations
  • Coach Directors on performance management practices and support the evolution of performance frameworks
  • Monitor team health and engagement, analyze feedback, and advocate for team members' concerns
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
  • Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
  • Strong judgment in navigating complex situations with discretion
