Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational health and support leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to Directors for employee relations matters, providing guidance and leading investigations
- Coach Directors on performance management practices and support the evolution of performance frameworks
- Monitor team health and engagement, analyze feedback, and advocate for team members' concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
- Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
- Working knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
- Strong judgment in navigating complex situations with discretion
