Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Partner (HR Business Partner) to provide HR support and strategic partnership within assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the people strategy and provide input aligned with business priorities
• Foster relationships with leaders to support engagement and people outcomes
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience in managing full-cycle people processes and HR projects
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong understanding of employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR policies
