HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner V.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expertise on people and organizational issues
• Develop and execute People strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned Management Units/Global Corporate Functions
• Lead talent management processes and support change management initiatives within the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
• 10 or more years of HR experience in various functions (required)
• 4 or more years of experience managing direct reports in multi-layered HR organizations (preferred)
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry (preferred)
• Strategic human resources consulting experience with expertise in influencing business strategy (preferred)
