Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner who will build trusted partnerships to enhance employee experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in all areas of human resources and provide foundational HR support
• Consult with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues and improve organizational effectiveness
• Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decisions and align talent strategies with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of HR Business Partner experience
• Working knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and talent management
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Workday HCM experience preferred
