Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRBP (French & German Speaker).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary people strategy point of contact for supported teams
• Guide employees through their career journey and optimize their day-to-day experience
• Support and coach managers on HR matters, ensuring alignment with company culture and values

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrable HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Fluency in French, German, and English
• Experience working in France and Germany, with knowledge of local employment laws
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to various work environments
• Experience in providing support for performance management and employee lifecycle processes
