Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its Client Services department.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Client Services leaders and colleagues across the U.S. and LATAM
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing the employee lifecycle experience globally
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. populations in a remote environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
