Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its Client Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for Client Services leaders and colleagues across the U.S. and LATAM
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing the employee lifecycle experience globally


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. populations in a remote environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
