Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support a diverse population of employees and leaders in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across multiple locations
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of progressive HR experience in relevant roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certification required
- Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed employees and multiple clients
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Prior experience in the government contracting industry is strongly desired
