HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to support a diverse population of employees and leaders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across multiple locations
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of progressive HR experience in relevant roles
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certification required
• Prior experience supporting geographically dispersed employees and multiple clients
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices
• Prior experience in the government contracting industry is strongly desired
