Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner V to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance to line management
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, manage complex employee relations issues, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support performance management, training needs identification, and assist with workforce planning and restructures
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and employment laws
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year
- Ability to comprehend and apply applicable laws, guidelines, and policies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
