Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner proactively with senior leaders to shape the people agenda based on commercial models and company metrics
• Utilize AI tools to automate work, surface insights, and enhance data analysis and reporting
• Manage complex employment relations cases while coaching leaders to take ownership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong generalist background
• Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• Fluency in key metrics relevant to Customer and Sales organizations
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
• Experience in project management and delivering results across multiple initiatives
