HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
• Drive performance management practices and support talent reviews and succession planning
• Lead employee relations matters and promote a positive organizational culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-growing organization
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
• Experience using HRIS and people analytics to inform decision-making
