Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-growing organization
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
- Experience using HRIS and people analytics to inform decision-making
