Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-growing organization
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law
  • Experience using HRIS and people analytics to inform decision-making
