- Advise managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics
- Drive the performance culture by leading review processes and recognizing high-performing talent
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced tech environments
- Experience with complex leave of absence and accommodation cases is a plus
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, including compensation and employment law
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
