Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Care Team leaders to clarify roles and responsibilities and enhance delivery efficiency
• Advise managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics
• Drive the performance culture by leading review processes and recognizing high-performing talent

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced tech environments
• Experience with complex leave of absence and accommodation cases is a plus
• Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, including compensation and employment law
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
