HR Business Partner

Job Summary

HR Business Partner is a full-time position responsible for providing Associate Relations support, managing performance metrics, and collaborating with business units on HR strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves associate relations cases, conducting interviews and completing documentation
• Monitors and manages associate performance metrics and attendance guidelines
• Partners with leaders to diagnose HR needs and develop strategies, including conducting exit interviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 1+ year of experience handling associate relations situations, including investigations
• Pursuing ongoing professional development in Human Resources
• SHRM Certification is a plus
