Job Summary

HR Business Partner, a full-time, salaried position responsible for providing strategic HR partnership, managing employee relations, and facilitating learning and development initiatives within a remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for business leaders, building relationships and translating business needs into people solutions
  • Manage employee relations processes, conducting investigations and identifying trends to address root causes
  • Coach managers on performance, team dynamics, and facilitate learning and development sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience supporting Operations, Tech, Product, and Go-to-Market teams in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and handling complex investigations
  • Proven coaching mindset with the ability to build trust and influence
  • Experience in learning and development with a focus on diagnosing capability gaps
