HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner, the full-time remote Lead, HR Business Partner will develop and implement HR strategies, build relationships across organizations, and provide expert HR support while managing various HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
• Create strategic business plans to roll out HR programs including employee engagement and performance management
• Provide employee relations support and guidance to ensure fair treatment and a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in Human Resources preferred
• 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR partner position or related field
• Deep expertise in HR data analytics and knowledge of HR systems, including Workday
• Knowledge of employment law
• Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint
