Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner, the full-time remote Lead, HR Business Partner will develop and implement HR strategies, build relationships across organizations, and provide expert HR support while managing various HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Create strategic business plans to roll out HR programs including employee engagement and performance management
- Provide employee relations support and guidance to ensure fair treatment and a positive work environment
Required qualifications
- BS/BA in Human Resources preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR partner position or related field
- Deep expertise in HR data analytics and knowledge of HR systems, including Workday
- Knowledge of employment law
- Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint
