Job Summary
Maintaining a strong presence within the Contact Center, the full-time HR Business Partner will oversee employee relations, performance management processes, and compliance with employment laws while supporting a positive workplace culture in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee engagement and organizational culture to foster a high-performing workplace
- Lead employee relations by conducting investigations and ensuring consistent application of company policies
- Manage performance management processes, coaching managers on documentation and corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or contact center environment
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and multi-state employment law compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
