Job Summary

Maintaining a strong presence within the Contact Center, the full-time HR Business Partner will oversee employee relations, performance management processes, and compliance with employment laws while supporting a positive workplace culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor employee engagement and organizational culture to foster a high-performing workplace
  • Lead employee relations by conducting investigations and ensuring consistent application of company policies
  • Manage performance management processes, coaching managers on documentation and corrective actions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or contact center environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and multi-state employment law compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
