Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders, the remote contract HR Business Partner will align people strategies with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategies
• Drive performance management processes and support talent reviews and succession planning
• Manage complex employee relations matters while fostering a positive workplace culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a tech or engineering firm
• Experience supporting a minimum of 300 employees
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and employment laws
