Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders, the remote contract HR Business Partner will align people strategies with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategies
- Drive performance management processes and support talent reviews and succession planning
- Manage complex employee relations matters while fostering a positive workplace culture
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a tech or engineering firm
- Experience supporting a minimum of 300 employees
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and employment laws
