Job Summary

Serving as a trusted people partner for business units globally, the full-time HR Business Partner will manage organizational effectiveness, talent programs, and day-to-day HR operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to translate business objectives into effective people plans and support workforce planning
  • Manage performance management cycles and assist with headcount planning in collaboration with Finance and leadership
  • Oversee employee relations matters and support the company's culture as it scales a remote workforce
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor role
  • Experience in high-growth, technology, or SaaS environments
  • Knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and familiarity with ATS tools
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred
