Job Summary
To support a dynamic workforce, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will execute talent strategies, provide HR partnership to managers and directors, and enhance employee engagement while addressing compensation, recruiting, and change management needs.
Key responsibilities
- Implement HR business strategies to drive key results and improve organizational processes
- Facilitate difficult interactions and resolve conflicts among stakeholders regarding HR policies
- Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations and support the HR strategy for the business unit
Required qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university or 6 years of related experience
- Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience, with prior HR or role-related experience
- Experience supporting multiple business functions and partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Experience operating at the HR Manager or HR Business Partner level
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and implement practical, business-focused people solutions
