Job Summary
Providing strategic HR support, the full-time remote Staff HR Business Partner will advise business leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies across multiple divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional HR support, including benefits administration, performance management, and compliance assistance
- Collaborate with local HR Administrators and management to resolve employee relations issues and build trustful relationships
- Utilize HR Information Systems to maintain data integrity and support various HR functions across the organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two to four years of relevant HR experience in a strategic capacity supporting multiple business units
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems and intermediate skills in MS Office applications
- Ability to effectively communicate and coach employees and management through complex issues
