Job Summary

Providing strategic HR support, the full-time remote Staff HR Business Partner will advise business leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies across multiple divisions.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver professional HR support, including benefits administration, performance management, and compliance assistance
  • Collaborate with local HR Administrators and management to resolve employee relations issues and build trustful relationships
  • Utilize HR Information Systems to maintain data integrity and support various HR functions across the organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two to four years of relevant HR experience in a strategic capacity supporting multiple business units
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems and intermediate skills in MS Office applications
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coach employees and management through complex issues
