Job Summary

Providing strategic HR support, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance while implementing organizational development strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise and counsel managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Interpret policies and manage employee performance issues to promote fair and consistent corrective actions
  • Identify and address complex HR issues while supporting HR projects from inception to implementation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a major HR function with increasing responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws, employee benefit plans, and compensation
  • Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to resolve employee-related issues
