Job Summary
Providing strategic HR support, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance while implementing organizational development strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and counsel managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Interpret policies and manage employee performance issues to promote fair and consistent corrective actions
- Identify and address complex HR issues while supporting HR projects from inception to implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a major HR function with increasing responsibility
- Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws, employee benefit plans, and compensation
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to resolve employee-related issues
