Job Summary
Collaborating closely with management and employees, the full-time HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and align human resources strategies with business goals in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive performance
- Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or technology sector
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, including multi-state compliance
- Experience supporting a fully-remote workforce
