Job Summary

Collaborating closely with management and employees, the full-time HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and align human resources strategies with business goals in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, coaching, and evaluations to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or technology sector
  • PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, including multi-state compliance
  • Experience supporting a fully-remote workforce
