Job Summary
Supporting the Human Resources department, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to business units, drive employee engagement, and manage post-acquisition integration efforts in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and support talent management initiatives
- Drive workforce planning, change management, and organizational development tailored to the company's growth and offshoring strategies
- Analyze employee engagement data and lead action plans to foster a positive and compliant work environment
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in organizations with 800+ employees
- 3+ years of healthcare HR experience
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law and experience with post-merger integration
