Job Summary
Partnering with functional leadership teams, the full-time HR Business Partner will manage the HRBP lifecycle, focusing on people programs, organizational design, and data-informed insights in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Own people programs and strategies, including performance management, talent development, and retention
- Collaborate with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning to align with business objectives
- Analyze people data to drive insights and recommendations for leadership decisions
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or related HR fields
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder situations and sensitive employee matters
- Experience utilizing people data to influence leadership decisions and build recommendations
- Track record of designing and executing end-to-end people programs with measurable outcomes
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
