Job Summary
Partnering with functional leadership teams, the full-time HR Business Partner will own the HRBP lifecycle, focusing on org design, performance management, and employee development while working in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Own people programs and strategies, including performance management and talent development
- Collaborate with leaders on org design and workforce planning to align with business objectives
- Provide coaching and counsel on professional development and sensitive employee situations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or related fields
- Proven track record in navigating complex stakeholder situations with sound judgment
- Experience using people data to influence leadership decisions and build recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute people programs with measurable outcomes
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information across all levels
