Job Summary
Serving as a strategic partner, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will manage organizational effectiveness initiatives, coach managers on team dynamics, and leverage data insights to enhance talent and performance enablement across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with people managers to assess team structure and support organizational design aligned with business goals
- Drive the adoption of continuous feedback practices and performance management processes throughout the organization
- Interpret engagement data and workforce analytics to provide actionable recommendations for leadership
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR Generalist experience in a high-growth SaaS or remote-first environment
- Proven experience in coaching and influencing managers at various levels, including first-time managers
- Strong employee relations capability with the ability to navigate sensitive situations effectively
- Genuine technology curiosity and experience with AI-enabled tools in an HR context
- Experience supporting organizations through significant change, including structural shifts and cultural transformations
