Job Summary
To support Clinical Operations, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will align people strategies with business objectives, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical teams to align people strategies with operational goals and analyze workforce data to recommend actionable solutions
- Serve as the primary HR advisor on employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance management and delivering effective feedback
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting audits related to HR processes and documentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic role
- Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or field-based workforces, preferably in home health or behavioral health
- Strong employee relations experience in multi-state environments, including investigations and performance management
- Working knowledge of California employment law is strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
