Job Summary
To support hospital leadership across the full employee lifecycle, the full-time HR Business Partner will implement HR programs, provide strategic support in performance management and employee relations, and drive compliance and best practices in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver timely HR reporting and insights to enable data-driven decision making
- Partner with operations to align daily execution with organizational goals and drive best practice adoption
- Provide targeted recruitment support and enhance the candidate interview experience to attract high-quality talent
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 4+ years of human resource experience or equivalent education and training
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
- Considerable knowledge of human resource management principles and state and federal labor laws
- Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports effectively
