Job Summary

To support hospital leadership across the full employee lifecycle, the full-time HR Business Partner will implement HR programs, provide strategic support in performance management and employee relations, and drive compliance and best practices in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely HR reporting and insights to enable data-driven decision making
  • Partner with operations to align daily execution with organizational goals and drive best practice adoption
  • Provide targeted recruitment support and enhance the candidate interview experience to attract high-quality talent
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of human resource experience or equivalent education and training
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
  • Considerable knowledge of human resource management principles and state and federal labor laws
  • Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports effectively
