Job Summary
Acting as a key HR point of contact, the full-time People Partner will provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, partner with managers to enhance performance management practices, and contribute to HR analytics, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Collaborate with managers to improve performance management practices and coach them on HR-related challenges
- Participate in the hiring process by assessing cultural fit and alignment with company values before offers are made
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Business Partner
- Proven experience supporting teams in a multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of employee evaluation methods and hands-on experience with performance management tools
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Coaching certification is a plus
