Job Summary
To support organizational growth, the hybrid HR Business Partner will provide essential HR support in performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with HR systems while collaborating with colleagues to align practices with company goals.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording of employee information in the HR system and serve as a resource for policies and procedures
- Analyze trends and metrics to recommend operational changes and improve employee relations and retention
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals and enhance onboarding experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field is preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in a Human Resources function
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with payroll or HRIS systems such as Rippling, BambooHR, Paycor, or Workday
