Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time HR Business Partner will execute people and culture strategies, provide guidance on HR compliance, and enhance employee experience while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, proactively addressing potential concerns
  • Develop strategic partnerships with leadership to evaluate organizational development needs and implement solutions aligned with corporate goals
  • Champion DEI initiatives and collaborate on employee engagement programs to foster a culture of belonging and retention
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations with a strong multi-state compliance background
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, preferably Rippling
  • Global HR experience is a plus
