Job Summary
To support a growing Engineering organization, the full-time HR Business Partner will drive high performance through talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HRBP for the Engineering organization, addressing complex people-related issues including performance management and employee relations
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to provide practical coaching and drive clarity and accountability
- Lead talent processes such as calibrations and promotions, ensuring decisions align with high-performance standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in a high-growth product or engineering environment
- Experience working with technical or engineering teams and understanding how product organizations scale
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters and high-stakes talent decisions
- Comfortable using data to inform recommendations and drive action
- Strong alignment with the company's core values and mission
