Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to practice owners and success managers, ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive employee experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with practice owners and managers, providing guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while managing leave of absence administration and audits
- Champion a positive culture and support recruitment strategies, analyzing HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role
- Direct experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or a healthcare/clinical services environment
- Proven experience supporting employees across multiple states with knowledge of multi-state employment law
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Active HR certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
