Job Summary

Supporting the Sales and Marketing team, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will manage recruitment efforts, align business objectives with employees, and implement training programs to enhance operational excellence across the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with the Recruiting Department to identify and fill key vacancies and lead candidate selection
  • Monitor turnover rates and collaborate on workforce planning with leadership
  • Implement training programs and oversee developmental plans for the region
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MA/MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior generalist experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of compensation, employment law, and recruitment processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • SPHR or equivalent certification is desired
