Job Summary

Providing fractional HR services remotely, the full-time HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, policy development, and onboarding processes while building trusted relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, addressing employee relations and HR-related issues
  • Recommend HR best practices and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and support talent management initiatives for client organizations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and federal/state employment laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP WFN or Paylocity
  • SHRM or PHR certification is strongly preferred
