Job Summary
Bringing a genuine curiosity about AI in HR, the full-time HR Business Partner will manage a company-wide book of business, serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, and leverage AI tools to enhance HR processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, covering the full employee lifecycle
- Own employee relations cases independently, including intake, investigation, documentation, and resolution
- Coach managers on performance conversations and guide them through corrective actions and disciplinary processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases independently, including workplace investigations
- Solid working knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance
- Hands-on experience using and building AI tools in HR functions
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; not required
