Job Summary

As a strategic partner to executive leaders, the full-time HR Business Partner will drive human resources initiatives, provide subject matter expertise on employee relations, and ensure compliance while operating in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Influencing and guiding the development of HR strategies, programs, and policies by analyzing organizational data and trends
  • Driving complex HR support activities, including talent acquisition and organizational development, while coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Leading HR investigations and providing specialized consultation on employee relations and performance management issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Five years of experience in human resources or business operations
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, employee relations, and relevant state and federal regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach employees at all levels
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization
