HR Business Partner
Job Summary
As a full-time HR Business Partner II, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational growth and change in Northfield, Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide coaching, counseling, and employee relations guidance
- Conduct employee relations investigations and manage workplace concerns
- Support talent development initiatives and performance management consultation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles
- Strong employee relations experience with demonstrated success in managing complex situations
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex organizational environments
