HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time HR Business Partner will translate organizational priorities into effective people strategies while managing employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with US business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational needs and provide guidance on workforce planning and team effectiveness
• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, managing employee relations issues and coaching on effective people management practices
• Drive performance management processes and support talent development initiatives, including succession planning and career development

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and federal/state regulations
• Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth organizations is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations and performance matters
• Data-oriented mindset with the capability to use HR metrics to influence decisions
