Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote HR Business Partner will strengthen performance, develop managers, and navigate complex people situations while implementing practical people strategies across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness
• Coach leaders on setting expectations and addressing performance issues while developing their teams
• Identify talent gaps and organizational risks, using HR data to inform decisions and trends

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience with direct collaboration with managers and leaders
• Strong background in performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness
• Business-minded approach with an understanding of the impact of people decisions on operations
• Proficient in using data and metrics to identify trends and inform HR decisions
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with sound judgment and strong communication skills
