HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with HR teams to drive strategic initiatives, the contract HR Business Partner will support organizational growth while working remotely with a preference for candidates local to San Diego, CA, who can be onsite 1-2 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align initiatives with business unit or regional strategies
- Organize and ensure alignment of HR programs between HRBPs and global centers of excellence
- Drive projects related to performance management, talent review, and workforce planning as outlined in the annual HR operational plan
Required qualifications:
- Experience supporting HR programs or HR Business Partners
- Strong organization and project coordination skills
- Ability to handle administrative and transactional HR work
- Experience with performance management and succession planning
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
