Job Summary
To support organizational growth within a dynamic industry-leading organization, the HR Business Partner will drive strategic initiatives, partner with HR teams, and provide guidance on HR policies while working remotely with occasional onsite presence in San Diego, CA.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align initiatives with business unit or regional strategy
- Coordinate between HRBPs and global centers of excellence to ensure HR programs meet internal client needs
- Drive projects outlined in the annual HR operational plan, including performance management and workforce planning
Required qualifications:
- Experience supporting HR programs or HR Business Partners
- Strong organization and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage administrative and transactional HR tasks
- Experience in performance management, talent management, and succession planning
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
