Job Summary

As a strategic advisor to business leaders, the remote contract HR Business Partner will align people strategies with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives while providing guidance on complex employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and consultation to leaders and employees within assigned business areas
• Partner with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Prior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or related human resources experience required
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management matters
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential situations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience facilitating talent reviews or talent management processes preferred
