HR Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting HR operations and employee relations in a full-time remote capacity, the Human Resources Business Partner will manage HR processes, resolve workplace issues, and align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and workplace investigations
• Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, leave administration, and compliance with policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience across various HR functions
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting supervisors or managers in HR program delivery
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, or other HR tools
• Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with limited infrastructure
• HR Certification required
