HR Business Partner

Job Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner, the full-time remote professional will build relationships with leaders and employees, support the complete employee journey, and provide practical HR guidance to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee changes in collaboration with various teams
• Coach leaders on employee relations concerns and navigate complex employee matters with sound judgment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least five years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience
• Broad experience across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations and performance management
• Experience supporting U.S. employment-based immigration is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HR information systems
